Learning from home

We're keeping students learning both in and out of the classroom.

Explore the department's learning from home resources to support both online and offline learning for all students.

Roadmap to return to face-to-face learning

Detailed information: https://education.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/advice-for-families

Students are currently continuing with learning from home.

Schools will return to face-to-face learning either through a ‘staged return’ or ‘full return’, depending on NSW Health conditions in their area.

We understand that an announcement regarding the adjustments to students returning to school was recently made.

However, we are working with the Department of Education about this process. We plan to understand and discuss this information with executive staff upon the commencement of school this week. We are hoping to have a better understanding and plan around the safety of all students and staff before responding with our own plan.

Thank you all for your patience during this time. We aim to have an update very soon.

Learning from Home

Student needs to check their emails daily for more information and updates.

Please follow us on Facebook, Instagram and download the SkoolBag app - the latest information is available there - it gets updated faster than this page.

What should students be doing at home?

STAY HOME - Given current public health orders, regulations are quite clear, students shouldn't be mixing with other households or visiting venues that are not essential. Attending school is also strongly discourgaed.

Monday to Friday are learning days

1. Follow your school timetable - teachers are working to the same timetable and marking attendance at roll call. Lessons are prepared, video conferences are organised - your teacher is available.

2. Check emails daily

3. Access Learning Platforms-  Google Classrooms or Microsoft Teams setup by their teachers.

4. Ask questions within the learning platforms

5. Keep your phones near you to answer any calls from the school - we are here to help!

6. Reach out to your teachers if you need support. All staff emails are here: Our Staff
