Talented Football Program

At Liverpool Boys High School we offer 3 programs that run within the timetable:

  • Stage 4 Year 8 Talented Football Program
  • Stage 5 Year 9 and 10 Talented Football Program
  • Stage 6 Elite Football Program

Pat Marando - Program Director

The school is very lucky to have Mr Marando as the Talented Football Program Director.

He is the current NSW and Australian School Boys coach and the Technical Director of the Marconi Stallions NPL 1 Club.

Our Football Philosophy

“Players should be developed in an environment which encourages them to develop their natural abilities without fear of failure. The player should be the central figure and his all-round holistic development should be reflected in the coaching education of the program.”

Our achievements:

In our short existence the TFP at LBHS has achieved some outstanding results.

- Western Sydney Wanderers School Cup 2019

-       Qualified to the Semi-final in the Puma Open Boys KO 2019

-       Made it to the State Futsal Championships for the Open Boys 2019

-       Qualified to the last 16 in the Puma Open Boys KO 2018

-       Made it to the State Futsal Championships for both the Open and 16s 2018

-       Qualified to the Central Venue in the Wanderers Cup 2018

-       Two of our players making the Sydney South West Regional Football Team
