60th Anniversary

The school celebrated its 60th anniversary in August 2015

A day of school tours, class activities and sport was held with a formal dinner with current and former students, staff, parents and community members.

While the school is moving forward with innovating teaching programs, we are still proud of our traditions from the past. The school has a proud history of sport, military links, academia, industry links and many of these moments are capture on the walls of the Hall of Fame which visitors are welcome to view during school hours. Visitors can also browse through the school journals which illustrate some very entertaining moments while providing an excellent snap shot of the Liverpool community.

A summary of these moments has been put together by one of our staff, Sharon Kelly, who read through and summarised some important events and milestones over the past 60 years. Journals were written annually until around 2000. The summary below accounts for the years 1955 to 2000.

There are many old boys who reconnected to the school in the early 2000s and we often have ex-students and staff call past to visit on a regular basis.
